anywhere. These services are fast, fun and can help to
improve the quality of life when so many of us struggle

If you like Touch Tone Teller, you'll love CU
Access! With CU Access, most of the account transactions you
commonly
do are now accessible from the comfort of your home
or office or on the road, 24 hours a day just by entering
your Member number and PIN used for Touch Tone Teller.
You can actually witness the activity occurring because
it is done online, updating 24 hours a day (except
during
routine daily maintenance). It's like having your own
Personal Branch.
You can:

- Make loan payments and payoffs
- Make transfers between SPCU accounts
- Check cleared checks
- Place a stop payment on your check

You can use any computer with Internet access to have
secure, 24-hour access to your Sierra Point Credit Union
account.

your bills online through our secure Internet site at
https://www.webpayservice.com. Pay single or multiple
bills, choose one-time
or recurring bills, selecting the date they are to be
paid and setting up payees with ease. You can elect to
be notified
by email of when certain bills are due and even set a
dollar limit if you choose for recurring bills to be
paid automatically
each month. This fantastic, time-saving service is only
$5.95 per month for payment of up to (15) bills and $.40
for each bill after fifteen. NSF payments are billed
at $22. This very low monthly cost more than makes up
for
your time, postage, envelopes, cost of checks and your
energy to pay monthly bills. Paying bills is no longer
a chore that you put off..it's fast, easy and fun to use.
VISA
Online 
You can now pay your Sierra Point Credit Union VISA bill
directly online and view your account history and activity
as well. You don't have to wait for your paper statements
to arrive and it's a great way to monitor your account
activity.
Touch Tone Teller
Touch
Tone Teller (TTT) enables you to access your account information
at any time of day or day of the year. You can check on
your accounts from your home, office, auto or while you're
on vacation by making a simple phone call. Now you can take
care of your financial needs when you want to, not just
during business hours.
The SPCU Touch Tone Teller is:
- Convenient
- Touch Tone Teller is available almost 24 hours a day!
There are several very brief periods of time each day
when the system is not operational to allow for required
maintenance.
- Easy
- All you need is a touch tone phone and a personal security
number. Dial (866) 905-SPCU (7728) and wait for Touch Tone Teller
to respond. A computerized voice will guide you through
each transaction.
- Safe
- Your accounts can be accessed only with your secret
personal security number.
- Free
- Touch Tone Teller is free of charge! There is NO charge
for any inquiry or transaction.
Tips
for using Touch Tone Teller:
- Have
your personal security number handy. This number is know
only to you and should be kept confidential.
- If
you will be accessing your loan, have your loan ID number
handy.
- Respond
to TTT questions by entering the appropriate information,
followed by the # symbol. Each time you enter information,
you must end with the # symbol.
- Check
your member statement or membership ID card to confirm
your member number.
- Be
careful not to confuse your checking account number with
your member number.
